As part of the MOA signed by TBPI/ARTISTSHOP via its Area 6: ILOILO Local Area Partner and office, Smallville through its owner: Iloilo Business Park, has been developed as an OOH Advertising property recentyl with Roman (VERTICAL) Streamers. As an established premiere gimmick place of the City of Iloilo, patrons frequent Smallville for breakfast, lunch, dinner and meetings be it for coffee, full meals or even drinks. Unofficially, this has become the pride of the locals as a gimmick place. Strategically designed to have an open area fronting every establishment: Krua Thai, Flow, Maki, Zageca Steak & Grille, Tazza, and BlueJay coffee. Nighttime lighting system via free-standing posts spread out along the al fresco stretch has been set. These EIGHT (8) posts have been developed to bear double-faced display of 3.x6′ streamer and are highly visible to patrons and even to the parking area + passers by at the only vehicular access way to this Iloilo Business Center.
