Ground work has already started for the development of the City of Legazpi’s newest and most-prime Ouf-of-Home Advertising billboard. It shall be TBPI/ARTISTSHOP’s most ambitious work and investment here for said effort is to be highly scrutinized by both City Engineer and DPWH considering that Legazpi is along typhoon belt – with the effects of Reming still present in the surroundings. As a billboard envisioned to welcome every vehicular traffic when entering the City of Legazpi’s CBD, it has head on vista from J. Rizal Street – the main road to and from city. Everybody is abuzz with excitement and expectations immediately after the announcement of SM City Legazpi opening soon after Naga. In preparation, TBPI/ARTISTSHOP is as ready for SM together with its national locators which has long been awaited. At one glance, Smart visually “owns” the TWO (2) key provincial terminal international airports: Davao and Cebu.
